How can I place an order?

Consumers seeking products for individual use can order direct from our website. If ordering online, simply add items to your cart and complete the checkout process. Upon order confirmation an account will be automatically created for you.

Can I order your products outside of Germany?

Yes, we are able to ship the orders globally

Can orders be modified after they are placed?

Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible, so please contact us immediately after placing your order, if you have changed your mind. If we can catch your order before it goes out, we may be able to change or cancel it.

How can I track my order?

A shipment confirmation email containing tracking info will be sent to you when your order ships. Once you receive your tracking number you can track your shipment online. If you need assistance, our customer care team will be happy to assist you with tracking your order.

What should I do if I haven’t received my order?

If you received a tracking number and you have not received your order after 12-15 business days, or if you have questions about your order, please contact our customer service at cablewings@brezzl.com

Shipping 

The products are delivered all over the world.

Shipping costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

We do not charge any shipping costs.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 15 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
